A basement-entry plan is ideal for homeowners who enjoy one-level living, with the bedroom and family rooms all on one floor. Expansion, if required is available on the basement level, which also has a den, or home office, next to the front door. The stairs to the second floor lead directly into the kitchen and dining area.
