By checking this box, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. All sales are final. As digital files are non-returnable and full size printed plans can easily be copied, at no time will Jenish House Design Ltd. offer any returns or refunds for any order.
2. PDF Pricing plans are to be used for pricing purposes only, a full Construction Package must be purchased for Building Permit Application and construction.
3. Depending on where you are planning to build you may need some of the following in order to obtain a building permit. These are the responsibility of the builder/homeowner to obtain and not that of Jenish House Design Ltd.

• Site plan. (Shows where your house is located on your property.)
• Structural engineering. (items not specified in the building code may require a Structural Engineer seal along with requirements for earthquake-prone and hurricane risk areas.)
• Energy calculations. (Typically completed to your building area’s energy code by a Certified Energy Advisor.)
• Beam calculations. (Beams sized to accommodate roof loads specific to your region.)
• Professional stamp. (Some states/provinces require plans to be reviewed by a certified professional in your area.)
• In some locations a Wall Band or Brace Panel Design may be required. This would be designed to suit your location/environment at an additional cost.
