This duplex is the ideal plan to take advantage of a corner lot. Plenty of space is available for each unit, encompassing three bedrooms, a single-car garage and an unfinished basement for future expansion. Unit A is the slightly larger of the two, with l,120 square feet of living space. Inside the covered entrance, stairs lead up to the main living area. The spacious family room has an attractive bay window and the dining room has sliding glass doors with access to the sun deck, where stairs lead down to the back garden. The kitchen is designed with ample countertop space and a pantry for additional storage for canned goods and such. In the sleeping area, the master bedroom and bedroom No.2 are at the front of the duplex, and bedroom No.3 at the side. The main bathroom is located between the master bedroom and the kitchen.
